Self Love Strengthens and Revives Your Spirit:

The feeling of betrayal and rejection can be so overwhelming that it makes some people question their own existence and value in this world. That is why, like a woman’s pain during childbirth, one of the most terrible realizations is that your struggle and pain may only be fleeting. If you’re hurting from rejection, betrayal, or disappointment and feel like you’ve lost your way, remember that there’s a rainbow just over the hill.

These negative feelings and thoughts are real. They live inside the body that holds the pain. You can’t put it under a microscope or put it in a bottle, but the pain is genuine! It is not always simple to remove the sting from the pain, but it is possible. A broken heart is a damaged heart, and a depressed soul dwells in the depths of despair. People should not stay in a state of desperation for too long.
Expect to be happy once more. Do what brings you joy. I bought one of those coloring books for kids and have been coloring in it for hours, occasionally outside the lines. It has medicinal properties. Sadness has a way of making itself at home in a dark and lonely environment. Make a habit of doing something that made you joyful when you were a kid. It doesn’t matter if you’re going to see a movie or going to an amusement park. Life is full of ups and downs, but how you ride the crest and emerge from the troughs is what matters most.

Talk to a trusted friend or family member about how you’re feeling. Recognize that suffering, difficulty, and grief may make you stronger. It’s how you approach things, from a more rational standpoint. Knowing and examining the issue with a good attitude, and, in most cases, surrendering to it, brings peace of mind. It’s not the same as giving up, but it’s a step in the right direction. At the time of surrender, you will find peace of mind. It’s a display of confidence in your ability to solve the problem, implying that everything will be resolved well.
Pain, like childbirth, indicates that something is being born. Regularly expressing thanks might help to alleviate the agony of disappointment and hurt. Helping someone in need without expecting anything in return is a wonderful method to re-energize your spirit. Be aware that there are predators out there who prey on people who are sad. Stay away from them if you don’t want to get infected. The best way to protect yourself from these effects is to focus on “doing what makes you happy” rather than on what other people think of you.

If you pay attention to how you breathe when you’re agitated, you’ll notice that it’s shallow and deprives your brain of oxygen. This adds to your mental perplexity and causes you to fall further down the spiral. It’s a good idea to catch yourself doing this and rapidly switch to deeper breathing. Fill your lungs with air and hold for at least six seconds before slowly expelling to let go of any tension. At every chance, and as often as necessary, repeat. To be cheerful and hopeful, feed your brain clean thoughts on a regular basis. Stay in good health!
